15-06-2007: Binariang gets more than 90% of Maxis (The Edge Daily)
Binariang GSM Sdn Bhd (Binariang), which launched takeover for Maxis Communications Bhd, has received valid and complete acceptances exceeding 90%. This will see Maxis being delisted from 9am on June 25.
