SINGAPORE: A 16-year-old Singaporean student has beaten the world record for sending the fastest SMS. Ang Chuang Yang, a Raffles Institution student, clocked a time of 41.52 seconds, beating the current world record of 42.22 seconds set by American Ben Cook in July this year.
