ZANESVILLE — It was a well-coordinated operation. Police officers cruised downtown Zanesville, waiting for the “johns” willing to pay for sex. After eight hours of work Friday and early Saturday, Zanesville police had arrested a dozen men in their continuing battle against prostitution.
