Thirteen people were arrested on charges relating to prostitution Thursday by the Tallahassee Police Department, said John Newland, spokesman for TPD. The Vice Unit and the Community Oriented Problem Policing Squad conducted an undercover sting in the Frenchtown, Bond and South City neighborhoods, arresting 10 women and three men.
