Gov. Benigno R. Fitial has approved a bill banning first class travel on taxpayer funds. House Bill 15-258 became Public Law 15-86 after the governor signed it on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007. The bill was sponsored by Vice Speaker Justo S. Quitugua and cosponsored by Speaker Oscar M. Babauta.
